One recipe I really love is this one from Delia Smith for Spaghetti Carbonara.
It is super easy, using just five ingredients, and it is so good!
One thing I learned is that when you put the egg sauce mixture into the spaghetti (last step), make sure you keeping stirring it until the egg is not longer liquid, but then take it off the heat.
Then, make some garlic butter and make some lovely garlic bread to go with it.
Then serve with a nice red. Yum!
