I love to fix Steak Diane. It is a really great, flavorful way to cook steaks. I have been using a really good recipe from America’s Test Kitchen, but it is a bit time consuming because you first need to make the Steak Diane sauce, and then use this a sauce base for the rest of the recipe. I make up the sauce base and freeze the left over to use for the next time and this works well. However, last night I looked for a recipe that might be a bit easier, and found and tried this recipe from Natasha’s Kitchen.com and it was fantastic! Check it out! The link is below.
